Key Contacts: Contact Your Account Executive & Account Manager
In this course video, we will identify your key contacts to help you with your campaign and how you can contact them.
"If you need to reach out to an eTeam rep, select the "Program" dropdown to view your "Key Contacts." Here you will see the names and contact info of your account representatives. To send an email, simply click the corresponding name and a new email will open for you to compose a message to that account rep. A phone number is available for each individual if you wish to call or text them for support."
